We are a Federation Nation affiliated club in the Upstate of South Carolina based in Seneca, SC. Foothills Bassmasters was founded November 1st 2000.
Founding Principles:
* To stimulate public awareness of bass fishing as a major sport.
* To offer our State Conservation Department our organized moral and political support and encouragement.
* To promote full adherence to all conservation codes and demand adequate water standards.
* To detect and report any polluter and call public and political attention to the crime.
* To improve our skills as bass anglers through fellowship of friendly exchange of expert bass-catching techniques and ideas.
* To promote and encourage youth fishing and a love for this great recreation.
* To function as a dynamic and effective link with other chapters of the state B.A.S.S. Chapter Federation embracing the principles and purpose of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society.
* To support the functions of the SC BASS Federation and our Community.
* To organize and promote monthly club level tournaments utilizing "Angler" and "Co-Angler" format with the purpose of qualifying a six man team (Top 3 Anglers and top 3 Co-Anglers) to participate in the SC BASS Federation Six Man Tournament.
